Snowshoe Hikes

During the winter months, the Volunteers of The Angeles National Forest, in conjunction with Grassy Hollow Visitors Center, offer snowshoe hikes at 11 a.m. on Saturdays, providing there's enough snow. The 2-hour hikes are free to the public, and snowshoe rentals are also provided free of charge. Reservations by e-mail should be made 24 hours prior to the hike.

All hikes leave from Grassy Hollow Visitors Center, and a forest Adventure Pass is required. Be sure to bring along warm winter clothing and bottled water for the hike.  For details on upcoming hikes, e-mail d.a.mclain@verizon.net

Include your name, phone number, amount of people in your party and their ages, along with how many pairs of snowshoes you need.
